President and CEO

Dean Miller Whole Health Pharmacy Dean has worked for over 30 years across both Canada and the US, with extensive experience in corporate and independent pharmacy. He is a staunch advocate for the profession, and has held numerous positions with the government, and associations.

In a government appointed role, he was the Corporate Representative on the Ontario Pharmacy Council. Dean was elected as Chair of the Ontario Pharmacists Association in 2009, during a pivotal time for the profession and the association. Additionally, he was the Ontario Chain Drug Association representative on the OPA Board of Directors, and has served on many committees, both with the Canadian Pharmacists Association and the Canadian Association of Chain Drug Stores (now the Neighbourhood Pharmacy Association of Canada).

Dean is currently the President of Whole Health Pharmacy Partners, and is excited about working with the team to help:

  •  strengthen independent pharmacy,
  • continue to elevate the profession, and
  • deliver great patient care.

Vice-President Business Development

Tim WebsterTim brings over 20 years of retail pharmacy experience, specifically in the independent marketplace. With a diverse background ranging from acquisitions, business development and recruitment, to pharmacy technology, Tim is committed to supporting independent pharmacists.

Having grown up in a pharmacy family and spending many hours in his fathers drug store, has given Tim an inside perspective to what an independent pharmacy is really all about. It is that insight that drives his passion for pharmacy and people that own and operate these stores.

His commitment to ensuring independent owners have the best programs both economically and professionally have helped Tim gain the respect of pharmacists across the Ontario, and throughout Canada.

His extensive business experience, along with his commitment to the highest standards, will ensure Whole Health Pharmacy Partners is best positioned to fully support their owners both for today and the future.

Director of Pharmacy Excellence

Jen Baker PharmacistJen Baker joins the Whole Health team with after spending the first years of her career in both hospital and community pharmacy, with specializations in travel medicine, MMT & addictions medicine, palliative care and home infusion pharmacy. She holds her Certificate in Travel Health from the International Society of Travel Medicine and operates a pharmacy-based travel clinic in Kingston, Ontario. She is a current Board Director for the Ontario Pharmacists Association (OPA) representing Eastern Ontario and sits on the executive council of the Ottawa-Carleton Pharmacists Association and the Champlain LHIN Pharmacy Committee. She is passionate about advancing the profession to enable pharmacists to best serve their patients and communities in which they practice.

Born Boston, Massachusetts and raised in Ottawa, Ontario, Jen graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Toronto in 2013 after spending 4 years in local and national student government. She was awarded OPA’s New Practitioner of the Year Award in 2015 and has served as a speaker for pharmacy conferences and meetings on a variety of topics, ranging from advocacy to therapeutic specialty areas.

Jen is a passionate patient advocate and is pleased to bring her experience and skills to Whole Health to help our owners create thriving and successful pharmacies. She believes that strong patient relationships are the most important element of a successful pharmacy business, and envisions a future for the profession where Whole Health pharmacies are a community destination for the best patient experience.

Director of Pharmacy Innovation & Professional Affairs

Saleema Bhaidani - Whole Health PharmaSaleema Bhaidani comes to the Whole Health team with experience in a wide range of practice settings including hospital, chain and independent community pharmacies both within Canada and the United Kingdom. She is passionate about optimizing the value of pharmacists within the healthcare system and strengthening the pharmacist-patient relationship.

Born and raised in Toronto, Saleema is a graduate of the University of Waterloo’s School of Pharmacy where she served as President of her student organization and went on to serving on the national student council thereafter. Most recently, Saleema obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy designation after completing clinical rotations at the world-renowned Mount Vernon Cancer Centre in London, England. Currently, she is heavily involved with the Ontario Pharmacists Association to advocate for the continuous evolution of pharmacy practice in Ontario.

As a second-generation pharmacist, Saleema has grown to understand the strength of independent pharmacy with pharmacists directing their own practice. Her knowledge, experience, passion and leadership are an asset to the Whole Health team as she strives to continue to bring innovation and new practice ideas to Whole Health’s pharmacist partners with the ultimate goal of excellent patient care.

Director of Strategic Sourcing

Bobby Lau Whole Health Pharmacy Banners Bobby Lau is a pharmacist with a business background (MBA, Schulich School of Business) who has over 20 years of experience and has held roles in many different pharmacy settings; community pharmacist, pharmacy owner, hospital buying group, government, and major national pharmacy retailers.

Bobby has extensive knowledge and expertise on the business of pharmacy through his work in prescription pricing/strategy, wholesaler relationship management, pharmacy buying program and sourcing of pharmacy supplies.

Through Bobby’s work and programs, pharmacies have benefitted significantly with increases in their pharmacy profitability.

Director of Home Health Care

Shirley Savage, Director of Home Health CareShirley joins us with over 25 years of home health care experience in a wide range of areas including Rehab, Seating and Mobility, Retail Home Health Care Management and Regional Operations. She has extensive experience in building custom offerings that fulfill the needs of local communities.

With her numerous certificates, extensive training in rehab and custom seating, as well as specialized services, (e.g. compression therapy and advanced lymphedema), Shirley will be a valuable asset to the team. She will work closely with stores to make home health care a successful component of their businesses through support for marketing, operations and continuing education.

Having grown up in a family owned and operated business, Shirley understands the importance of personal customer service. This coupled with her passion in assisting independent owners build successful home health care programs, will help our owners improve their profitability, and better serve the unique needs of their communities.
