Born and raised in Edmonton, Dean graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. He currently holds the role of President and Founder of Whole Health Pharmacy Partners, Canada’s fastest growing pharmacy banner for independents.

Dean currently represents pharmacy on the Ontario Pharmacists Association Economics Committee and previously played an important role as the Corporate Representative on Ontario Pharmacy Council, a government appointment. In 2009-2010 Dean was elected Chair of the Ontario Pharmacists Association (OPA), and has stayed active with the OPA on many committee’s and working groups over the past decade.

Dean is always willing to give time to the pharmacy profession and rarely refuses an opportunity to assist advocating for and growing the pharmacy profession in Canada.

Previous professional roles include Vice President of Business Development and Government Relations for Remedy’s Rx, Vice President of Operations (Canada) for Loblaw Co. Ltd, Director of Pharmacy at Shoppers Drug Mart, Director of Pharmacy Professional Services at Wal-Mart Canada and a Regional Pharmacy Director with Safeway Pharmacy in California, Hawaii and Nevada.

Dean often represents pharmacy in a unique way, participating in a weekly pharmacy radio call in show on Zoomer Radio in Toronto.

His passions include mentoring pharmacy students and there is never a time at Wholehealth where you will not find pharmacy students working on a unique, interesting project! Dean has lectured extensively at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at the U of T, the University of Waterloo, and many years ago, the University of California (San Francisco) and his favorite, the University of Alberta!

Dean and his family reside in the Greater Toronto Area. In his spare time, he enjoys time with his dog (Chase), boxing, golf, mountain biking and hockey

Molly brings a unique blend of creativity and clinical expertise to her role as Director of Pharmacy Innovation and Professional Affairs. With a passion for health education and promotion, she is dedicated to using innovative approaches to enhance pharmacy knowledge and awareness to improve patient outcomes. In her role, she leverages her unique blend of abilities to forge strong partnerships and engage stakeholders in impactful ways. 

Molly received her Honours Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Toronto. At Wholehealth she has a proven track record of leading pharmacy programs and research in a variety of topics, including immunizations, naloxone/opioid safety, and diabetes. 

Molly is a creative at heart, one of the joys of her role is exploring new ways to integrate design and technology into her work to engage audiences in meaningful and memorable ways. 

Molly is also committed to increasing representation for marginalized groups in healthcare, creating dialogue and space for girls and women in leadership and mentoring students at all levels. Outside of Wholehealth, Molly sits on the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Advisory Group at the Ontario College of Pharmacists.

Molly thrives in a team environment, she is known for her ability to bring out the best in others, and her contagious energy and passion inspire those around her to reach their full potential.

In her free time Molly loves trying new restaurants and experiences, making art, and staying active.

Neven Kulas is one of Wholehealth Pharmacy Partners longest head office staff, having been with the company from day one. As a Brock University Alumni he often brings a fresh , energetic attitude to the table. 

Neven is one of two business development representatives currently in Ontario and actively looks for key future members of Wholehealth alongside Tim Webster. 

Not afraid to ask for help , Neven will make sure he sources any and all information from co-workers and vendors to make sure you are looked after as a pharmacy owner. 

Aside from helping pharmacists, his passions include fitness and music of all kinds

From working with small start-ups to international Fortune 500 companies, Graydon joins Wholehealth with a foundation in marketing and communications that includes previous roles in industries such as pharmaceutical, health sciences & technology.

Graydon brings a fresh approach that balances proven corporate-level experience with awareness of emerging trends to drive effective results. Some of his prior professional responsibilities include managing communications for various ministers within the Ontario government, coordinating national pharmaceutical-brand consumer loyalty programs, producing a national magazine publication, and establishing an international multimedia program.

In his free time you can usually find Graydon tinkering with creative projects, enjoying a coffee, or spending time with family in northern Ontario.

Lily’s goal is to be surrounded by innovative, hardworking people who not only have good business mindsets but good character. That’s why Lily is excited to be part of an entrepreneurial organization like Denovo, leading the Strategic Sourcing and Wholesale divisions.

Lily’s main role is to manage partnerships by working closely and strategically with select, trusted vendor partners.

After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Health and Post Grad in Marketing, Lily has worked in different industries from packaged foods to retail to pharma and healthcare. Used to hard work, Lily isn’t afraid of challenges and seeks knowledge in all areas in the business of pharmacy. Her quest for knowledge and curiosity has led her to various roles in finance, pricing, analytics, supply chain, market access and operations. Lily is committed to providing value to all stakeholders and building long-term relationships through mutual trust and collaboration.

In her free time, Lily enjoys eating, travelling, eating while travelling and spending time with family and friends while eating.  Lily’s approachable and collaborative nature is sure to make everyone feel comfortable.

Yvonne is an accomplished finance professional with extensive financial experience in the pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods industries. She possesses a growth-mindset by seeking knowledge and embracing challenges. These characteristics along with her ability to learn quickly has helped Yvonne make progressive advancements in her career.

As Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, Yvonne considers herself a storyteller of numbers by being able to understand the meaning behind them and explain their impact. Recognizing that data-driven decision making is becoming more and more critical to drive businesses forward, she is excited to bring her experience and skills to Denovo and contribute to its exponential growth.

After completing her bachelor’s degree in China, Yvonne earned her Master of Accountancy from Brock University and has been a member of CPA Ontario since 2018.

In her free time, Yvonne enjoys spending time with her family while exploring the outdoors.

Ayesha Masoodi is an educator and digital marketing enthusiast with a strong background in education and social media content creation. 
 
As a teacher, she crafted engaging online lessons and leveraged multimedia and technology to enhance the learning experience for her students. Proficient in Google Suites Education, Adobe, and video editing softwares, she created visually appealing content. Ayesha’s expertise extends to her role as a Social Media Content Creator, where she excels in mapping, video editing, and photography, using her knowledge of social media trends and metrics to build a strong online presence. 
Having a strong background in social media and digital marketing will allow me to work with stores to enhance or assist in expanding stores presence in the market and their communities, as well will be able to better share our vendor information where stores will have a better understanding of what Denovo Home Health & Wellness offerings. 
 
Ayesha’s unique blend of educational insight and social media proficiency make her an asset in crafting effective marketing campaigns that resonate with a wide range of audiences. 
 
Beyond her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her two cats, experimenting with new recipes, and organizing spaces.
