President & CEO of Wholehealth Pharmacy Partners
Born and raised in Edmonton, Dean graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. He currently holds the role of President and Founder of Whole Health Pharmacy Partners, Canada’s fastest growing pharmacy banner for independents.
Dean currently represents pharmacy on the Ontario Pharmacists Association Economics Committee and previously played an important role as the Corporate Representative on Ontario Pharmacy Council, a government appointment. In 2009-2010 Dean was elected Chair of the Ontario Pharmacists Association (OPA), and has stayed active with the OPA on many committee’s and working groups over the past decade.
Dean is always willing to give time to the pharmacy profession and rarely refuses an opportunity to assist advocating for and growing the pharmacy profession in Canada.
Previous professional roles include Vice President of Business Development and Government Relations for Remedy’s Rx, Vice President of Operations (Canada) for Loblaw Co. Ltd, Director of Pharmacy at Shoppers Drug Mart, Director of Pharmacy Professional Services at Wal-Mart Canada and a Regional Pharmacy Director with Safeway Pharmacy in California, Hawaii and Nevada.
Dean often represents pharmacy in a unique way, participating in a weekly pharmacy radio call in show on Zoomer Radio in Toronto.
His passions include mentoring pharmacy students and there is never a time at Wholehealth where you will not find pharmacy students working on a unique, interesting project! Dean has lectured extensively at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at the U of T, the University of Waterloo, and many years ago, the University of California (San Francisco) and his favorite, the University of Alberta!
Dean and his family reside in the Greater Toronto Area. In his spare time, he enjoys time with his dog (Chase), boxing, golf, mountain biking and hockey
James Morrison (BScPhm, RPh)
Director, Pharmacy Excellence
James Morrison joined the Wholehealth team after spending the first decade of his career managing corporately owned community pharmacies, practicing in both Parry Sound and most recently Burlington. He has served in various pharmacy leadership roles and presently holds an elected position on the Ontario College of Pharmacists board of directors. James is passionate about a high standard of pharmacy care and the important role that pharmacies fulfill in their communities.
Born and raised in Nova Scotia, James completed his Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biology at Dalhousie University and his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at the University of Toronto. During his time at U of T, James served as President of the Undergraduate Pharmacy Society and Vice-President Communications of the Canadian Association of Pharmacy Students and Interns National Council. Upon graduating in 2010, James received the Ontario Pharmacist’s Association Student of Distinction Award. The Canadian Pharmacists Association nationally recognized him with the New Practitioner award in 2013. James is a sought-out speaker and author and has presented for CPhA, OPA, CSHP, CAPT, as well as various university and college programs.
James welcomes the opportunity to bring his years of operations, practice, and regulatory experience to provide operational support to Wholehealth’s banner locations. He sees the banner as an innovator in pharmacy practice and is grateful to be a part of it.
Molly Yang (HBSc, PharmD, RPh)
Director, Pharmacy Innovation & Professional Affairs
Molly brings a unique blend of creativity and clinical expertise to her role as Director of Pharmacy Innovation and Professional Affairs. With a passion for health education and promotion, she is dedicated to using innovative approaches to enhance pharmacy knowledge and awareness to improve patient outcomes. In her role, she leverages her unique blend of abilities to forge strong partnerships and engage stakeholders in impactful ways.
Molly received her Honours Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Toronto. At Wholehealth she has a proven track record of leading pharmacy programs and research in a variety of topics, including immunizations, naloxone/opioid safety, and diabetes.
Molly is a creative at heart, one of the joys of her role is exploring new ways to integrate design and technology into her work to engage audiences in meaningful and memorable ways.
Molly is also committed to increasing representation for marginalized groups in healthcare, creating dialogue and space for girls and women in leadership and mentoring students at all levels. Outside of Wholehealth, Molly sits on the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Advisory Group at the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
Molly thrives in a team environment, she is known for her ability to bring out the best in others, and her contagious energy and passion inspire those around her to reach their full potential.
In her free time Molly loves trying new restaurants and experiences, making art, and staying active.

Vice President, Business Development
Tim brings over 25 years of retail pharmacy experience, specifically in the independent marketplace. With a diverse background ranging from acquisitions, business development and recruitment, to pharmacy technology, Tim is committed to supporting independent pharmacists.
Having grown up in a pharmacy family and spending many hours in his fathers drug store, has given Tim an inside perspective to what an independent pharmacy is really all about. It is that insight that drives his passion for pharmacy and people that own and operate these stores.
His commitment to ensuring independent owners have the best programs both economically and professionally have helped Tim gain the respect of pharmacists across the Ontario, and throughout Canada.
His extensive business experience, along with his commitment to the highest standards, will ensure Whole Health Pharmacy Partners is best positioned to fully support their owners both for today and the future.
Business Development Representative
Neven Kulas is one of Wholehealth Pharmacy Partners longest head office staff, having been with the company from day one. As a Brock University Alumni he often brings a fresh , energetic attitude to the table.
Neven is one of two business development representatives currently in Ontario and actively looks for key future members of Wholehealth alongside Tim Webster.
Not afraid to ask for help , Neven will make sure he sources any and all information from co-workers and vendors to make sure you are looked after as a pharmacy owner.
Aside from helping pharmacists, his passions include fitness and music of all kinds
Business Development Representative
Bruce Johnston is the newest member of Wholehealth’s business development team based out of the Vancouver area and is responsible for supporting and building Wholehealth Pharmacy presence in Western Canada.
A graduate of both Georgian College & Vancouver Island University with a background in business, Bruce has worked in various sales and business development capacities and brings a unique perspective to the organization that provides key insight and perspective for the growing Western Canadian independent pharmacy marketplace.
When Bruce isn’t busy helping pharmacy partners or exploring new prospects you can usually find him surfing waves, catching big air on his snowboard, mountain biking with his puppy Woolford or capturing nature through photography.
Pharmacy Marketing Campaign Specialist
From working with small start-ups to international Fortune 500 companies, Graydon joins Wholehealth with a foundation in marketing and communications that includes previous roles in industries such as pharmaceutical, health sciences & technology.
Graydon brings a fresh approach that balances proven corporate-level experience with awareness of emerging trends to drive effective results. Some of his prior professional responsibilities include managing communications for various ministers within the Ontario government, coordinating national pharmaceutical-brand consumer loyalty programs, producing a national magazine publication, and establishing an international multimedia program.
In his free time you can usually find Graydon tinkering with creative projects, enjoying a coffee, or spending time with family in northern Ontario.

Owner & President of Denovo Medical
Christian is an entrepreneur at heart.
In 2011, he founded Denovo Medical Inc. In addition to the management of Denovo, he is part owner of a wholesaler and pharmacy in the Turks and Caicos and a partner of various businesses within Canada.
In 2015, Christian and Dean Miller founded Wholehealth Pharmacy Partners and has grown the banner to over 200 pharmacies and counting.
Christian held executive roles in the financial services and print and marketing industry, allowing him to develop and hone his entrepreneurial skills.
Christian graduated from York University. He completed the Queens Business Executive Program and is a Master Trainer of various skilled courses.
Christian is a passionate at-home chef and an enthusiastic DIYer and always has a project on the go.
Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing, Wholesale & Distribution
Lily’s goal is to be surrounded by innovative, hardworking people who not only have good business mindsets but good character. That’s why Lily is excited to be part of an entrepreneurial organization like Denovo, leading the Strategic Sourcing and Wholesale divisions.
Lily’s main role is to manage partnerships by working closely and strategically with select, trusted vendor partners.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Health and Post Grad in Marketing, Lily has worked in different industries from packaged foods to retail to pharma and healthcare. Used to hard work, Lily isn’t afraid of challenges and seeks knowledge in all areas in the business of pharmacy. Her quest for knowledge and curiosity has led her to various roles in finance, pricing, analytics, supply chain, market access and operations. Lily is committed to providing value to all stakeholders and building long-term relationships through mutual trust and collaboration.
In her free time, Lily enjoys eating, travelling, eating while travelling and spending time with family and friends while eating. Lily’s approachable and collaborative nature is sure to make everyone feel comfortable.
Manager, Strategic Sourcing
Kimloy Goodial is the Manager, Strategic Sourcing and joined Denovo after having worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years. During that time, she developed a broad knowledge and experience in the areas of strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, drug formulary management and vendor relationship management. Her warm personality and pleasant demeanor contributed to her ability to build strong professional relationships with most of the top pharmaceutical companies across Canada.
A small town girl from Trinidad and Tobago, Kimloy moved to Canada in 2001 and changed her career path from her Human Resources background and stepped into the pharmaceutical industry. Her willingness to face new experiences combined with hard work drives her to take on new challenges and, in many cases, developing those skills through self-study and individual research.
Kimloy is an avid cook who will spend hours in the kitchen perfecting meals, pastry or cake. She loves to entertain friends and family. Through that passion for food and her diverse culture, Kimloy enjoys travelling, learning about other cultures and trying exotic foods.
Kimloy delves into every aspect of life with excitement and total commitment, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and a quiet confidence.
Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis
Yvonne is an accomplished finance professional with extensive financial experience in the pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods industries. She possesses a growth-mindset by seeking knowledge and embracing challenges. These characteristics along with her ability to learn quickly has helped Yvonne make progressive advancements in her career.
As Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, Yvonne considers herself a storyteller of numbers by being able to understand the meaning behind them and explain their impact. Recognizing that data-driven decision making is becoming more and more critical to drive businesses forward, she is excited to bring her experience and skills to Denovo and contribute to its exponential growth.
After completing her bachelor’s degree in China, Yvonne earned her Master of Accountancy from Brock University and has been a member of CPA Ontario since 2018.
In her free time, Yvonne enjoys spending time with her family while exploring the outdoors.
Director, Home Health Care
Shirley started her home health career working in customer service at a home health/respiratory locally owned business and quickly moved to a Seating and Mobility Specialist servicing LTC, hospital, group homes as well in the client’s home. As a Seating & Mobility representative she worked with high end rehab clients, pediatrics and geriatrics to help make a difference in their lives with accessibility, mobility and custom products so clients could participate in everyday activities despite their physical challenges.
Shirley has spent many years mentoring independent pharmacy with store layout, merchandising, training and education and support with product selection. She has also overseen a high end rehab wheelchair recycle program for the ministry of Health & LTC and has many years’ experience working with many government programs, and participated in several associations.
Having grown up in a family-owned business Shirley understands the importance of customer service and being knowledgeable in your field. Shirley enjoys spending time with her family, boating, travel and enjoys physical fitness.
Associate, Home Health Care
Ayesha Masoodi is an educator and digital marketing enthusiast with a strong background in education and social media content creation.
As a teacher, she crafted engaging online lessons and leveraged multimedia and technology to enhance the learning experience for her students. Proficient in Google Suites Education, Adobe, and video editing softwares, she created visually appealing content. Ayesha’s expertise extends to her role as a Social Media Content Creator, where she excels in mapping, video editing, and photography, using her knowledge of social media trends and metrics to build a strong online presence.
Having a strong background in social media and digital marketing will allow me to work with stores to enhance or assist in expanding stores presence in the market and their communities, as well will be able to better share our vendor information where stores will have a better understanding of what Denovo Home Health & Wellness offerings.
Ayesha’s unique blend of educational insight and social media proficiency make her an asset in crafting effective marketing campaigns that resonate with a wide range of audiences.
Beyond her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her two cats, experimenting with new recipes, and organizing spaces.
